Description
Responsibilities- Patrol hotel property, guest areas, beach and pool areas, parking lots, and back-of-house spaces
- Monitor hotel activity and respond promptly to guest and employee concerns
- Maintain safety and security presence throughout the resort
- Respond to emergencies, incidents, disturbances, and guest assistance requests
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate daily logs
- Enforce hotel safety procedures, policies, and emergency protocols
- Assist with crowd control, event security, and access control when needed
- Work closely with hotel leadership and departments to ensure a safe guest experience
- Provide friendly and professional guest service at all times
- Previous security, hotel, resort, or customer service experience preferred
- Valid Florida Security License preferred or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods in indoor and outdoor environments
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
