The General Manager at Crepe Therapy Cafe is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of operations across multiple locations. Their role is to ensures consistency in quality, service, staffing, cleanliness and financial performance while maintaining the heart of our brand — fresh, creative, and comforting crepes served in a welcoming, fast-casual setting.
Duties:
Oversee daily operations of all Front Range Crepe Therapy Cafe locations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experiences.
· Maintain consistency with opening & closing checklist
· Review daily delivery from Kitchen and make sure inventory control procedures are adhered to minimize waste
· Check food preparation and presentation to make sure it is in line with brand expectations
· Supervise cash handling procedures and POS systems (Toast)
· Maintain consistency in food quality, speed of service, and hospitality across all cafes.
· Uphold brand identity through in-store aesthetics, team presentation, and customer service.
· Respond to guest feedback, increase positive reviews and resolve escalated issues in a timely, professional manner.
· Monitor and analyze sales, labor, food costs, and inventory to optimize profitability.
· Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Ensure all locations comply with health, labor, and safety regulations.
· Maintain operational systems including POS, scheduling, and inventory software.
· Develop and refine SOPs to support scalability and operational consistency.
· Collaborate with location managers to meet or exceed monthly targets and budgets.
· Manage staff recruitment, training, coaching and performance evaluations
Compensation:
· Salary starting at $70,000 and up to $75,000 based on experience

Experience Required
- 4 years-plus of proven and successful management experience in a cafe or fast-casual restaurant environment. Managing multiple locations a plus.
- Working barista knowledge and understanding of cafe drink trends
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Toast for order processing and cash handling
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through training & development initiatives
- Strong knowledge of inventory control methods and food safety standards
- Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and achieving financial targets within a hospitality setting
- Excellent communication skills combined with leadership qualities that motivate staff toward shared goals
- Proficient at building positive relationships with customers to drive repeat visits, positive reviews and new guests
- Background in food preparation and culinary operations—preferably with casual dining experience—a plus
