As a Service Manager, you'll lead from the floor — developing your team, creating memorable guest experiences, and helping drive successful restaurant operations. What You'll Do
- Lead front-of-house operations and maintain a strong management presence throughout service
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and take ownership of guest concerns and service recovery
- Coach, train, motivate, and develop front-of-house team members
- Lead pre-shift meetings and support smooth opening, service, and closing operations
- Maintain high standards for hospitality, service, cleanliness, safety, and restaurant appearance
- Support staffing, scheduling, labor management, and other key operational needs
- Partner closely with culinary and restaurant leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Support the General Manager in achieving operational and financial goals
- Lead by example and help create a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture
What We're Looking For
- Restaurant leadership or management experience in a full-service environment
- Strong front-of-house operational knowledge and floor presence
- A genuine passion for hospitality and developing people
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of restaurant financials and labor management
- Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
