What You'll Do:
- Oversee kitchen operations and food preparation
- Train and lead BOH staff for efficiency and consistency
- Maintain a clean, safe kitchen that meets health code standards
- Order and manage inventory, minimizing waste and controlling costs
- Work closely with FOH team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Schedule kitchen staff based on business needs
- Ensure every dish meets quality, portion, and presentation standards
What You'll Bring:
- 2–3 years of BOH leadership experience (e.g., Lead Cook, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager)
- Strong cooking and prep skills with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to manage time, staff, and inventory effectively
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
