Human Resources Administrator (Full-Time, Hourly)
Pay: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is hiring a Human Resources Administrator to support daily HR operations across our restaurant locations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting team members behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new hire onboarding (background checks, I-9s, system entry)
- Process offboarding paperwork and update employee records
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related questions
- Maintain personnel files and HRIS records (UKG or similar)
- Complete employment verifications and support compliance efforts
- Assist with HR projects, communications, and recognition programs
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using HR systems and basic office software
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
