Lighting and Electrical Showroom Sales

As part of the Showroom Sales team, you will play a key role in establishing our presence in the local market by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. This role requires product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to ensure a positive experience for all who visit our showroom. The goal of this position is to eventually transition into a Showroom Consultant role. No weekends required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service in a fun and welcoming environment.
• Generate accurate and detailed quotes and sales orders promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and key accounts.
• Assist in sales support for the Showroom team.
• Participate in product training and team meetings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of building materials, electrical and lighting products, and related applications.
• Effectively consult with customers to identify needs and offer tailored product recommendations.
• Utilize strong computer skills to manage quotes, orders, and customer communications efficiently.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
