As part of the Showroom team, you will play a key role in establishing our presence in the local market by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service in a fun and welcoming environment.
- Generate accurate and detailed quotes and sales orders promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and key accounts.
- Assist in sales support for the Showroom team.
- Participate in product training and team meetings.
- Demonstrate knowledge of building materials, electrical and lighting products, and related applications.
- Effectively consult with customers to identify needs and offer tailored product recommendations.
- Utilize strong computer skills to manage quotes, orders, and customer communications efficiently.
