Woodstock Hispanic Services provides tax preparation, bookkeeping, and administrative support for individuals and small businesses. We handle client intake, document processing, and day-to-day customer communication.
We are seeking a reliable seasonal hire to support both companies during our busy season.
Position Overview
The Seasonal Administrative Assistant will provide administrative, financial-tracking, and customer service support across our property management and tax service operations. This role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to work comfortably in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Administrative Support – Creekstone Financial Services
- Track rental and mortgage payments (Zelle, check, cash, bank deposits)
- Prepare and send monthly mortgage or rental statements
- Assist with reconciling bank accounts
- Maintain payment logs and property records in Excel
- Help verify and update property insurance information
Client Intake & Office Tasks – Woodstock Hispanic Services
- Conduct client intake by collecting basic personal, business, and tax information
- Gather required documents and ensure files are complete
- Provide clients with updates, reminders, and instructions
- Assist with appointment scheduling
- Help maintain organized client folders and digital files
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
