Bilingual Sales Development Representative (Spanish/English)

CreditAssociates, a successful consumer financial services company located in Plano, Texas, is seeking a Sales Development Representative, Bilingual (Spanish/English) to join its sales team.

The Sales Development Representative will qualify inbound leads while actively working to re-engage existing opportunities within the sales pipeline. This is a very important role within our business that is the perfect fit for a motivated professional looking to leverage their inside sales experience.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively qualify leads generated by marketing and live transfer to debt consultants
• Re-engage our existing sales opportunity pipeline
• Partner with marketing to have a working knowledge of the various channels and methods utilized to generate inbound interest
• Record and report all activity in Salesforce.com
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of inside sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• Bilingual – fluent (Spanish/English)
• Excellent verbal communication and sales skills
• Experienced with Salesforce
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Be willing to work flexible hours
  
  

Compensation:

• Base salary and monthly quarterly bonus program.
