We’re hiring an Onsite Bilingual Sales Representative for a sales and service hybrid role. This role is for someone who cares for the people that make up our community. The goal is to guide, educate, and serve buyers through Land Ownership.
We hire for attitude, honesty, and integrity above all else.
We are willing to train the right person.
You will:
- Meet with buyers onsite at our sales center
- Educate customers on homesite ownership and financing options
- Build trust through clear communication and follow-up
- Guide buyers through initial application and closing
- Deliver a high level customer experience at all times
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Strong background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales
- Relationship-driven personality
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working weekends
- Coachable and team oriented
- Base pay commission
- Sales center closed Sundays
Because this role handles financial transactions and customer contracts, all candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
