Administrative Clerk (Full Time, On-Site)
Cayetano Development: Austin, TX area
The Administrative Clerk is the first point of contact for clients and supports daily office operations. Responsibilities include managing calls, calendars, documentation, and application processing, as well as occasional offsite administrative errands.
What You'll Do
• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Handle light office duties: filing, data entry, etc.
• Keep common areas tidy and stocked.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and background check required
Schedule & Details
• On-site
• 40 Hours
• 8am to 5pm
• Sundays Off
