The Opportunity:
As a Customer Service Representative for Creature Control LLC, you will play a key role in supporting customers and technicians. You will make $20/ hour for the first 3 months while training. After that training period, you will move up to a salary of $45,000 annually for consistent, stable pay. You will also receive 14 PTO days and 9 paid holidays each year, for nearly an entire month of paid time off. Further, for occasional illness, you don't have to take PTO as you'll be able to work from home. The company also provides Vision and Dental insurance, as well as Short-Term and Long-Term disability for all employees.
What you'll do:
You'll have your own personal desk where you'll solve problems for both our customers and technicians in the field, acting as the communications hub for Creature Control. As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Answer inbound calls and emails as the first point of contact many customers have with our team.
- Dispatch and coordinate our field technicians, schedule appointments, and route follow-ups.
- Manage our CRM/customer database ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
- Send out invoices, past due notices, and other critical communication.
Must haves:
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Proximity to our offices in Gregory, MI to be able to work on site.
- Ability to work at least one weekend a month.
- Reliability and good communication skills in a customer service environment.
Nice to haves:
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, dispatching, using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and data management.
- Optional sales or upselling experience.
Details:
40-hour-a-week position working Monday - Friday onsite in Gregory, MI with one weekend a month. Weekend work may be done from home. You will have the Friday off prior to the weekend you work.
