Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role, located in Plymouth, MI. The Customer Service Representative will interact with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding support. Daily tasks include responding to questions, assisting with concerns, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. Qualifications
