Production Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager at our Springfield, MO location. The Production Manager will oversee the complete project lifecycle from planning to execution. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, expediting permits, and conducting inspections to maintain quality standards.

·         Work closely with new franchisees to determine their expectations and needs.

·         Foster a professional relationship with existing franchisees to serve as a point of contact when issues arise.

·         Communicate project status, updates, and any issues to management and franchisees.

·         Collaborate with CMC internal department to determine if buildings are on track or if there are any issues. Communication needs to be provided to franchisees if any issues arise

·         Maintain proper documentation with franchisees and management to record details showing that all communication was delivered to all parties involved.

·         Evaluate potential problems and develop solutions.

·         Monitor current projects and help as needed to keep workflow on track.         

·         Research and identify the required permits and licenses for specific projects.

·         Prepare and submit permit applications to relevant regulatory agencies.

·         Serve as the primary point of contact for all permitting-related inquiries.

·         Monitor the status of permit applications and ensure timely approvals.

·         Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and regulatory authorities. Establish and maintain positive relationships with permitting agencies. Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather necessary information for permit applications.

·         Maintain accurate and organized records of all permits, licenses, and related documentation. Ensure that all permits are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Provide support during inspections to verify compliance with permit conditions.

·         Collaborate with project managers and other relevant stakeholders to understand permit requirements for each project. Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for permit submissions and approvals. Alert project teams to potential permitting issues and propose solutions.

·         Stay informed about changes in regulations and policies that may impact the permitting process. Update internal teams on any new requirements or regulations affecting permits

·         Address any issues or delays in the permitting process. Work proactively to resolve any obstacles that may arise.

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with the construction or modular building industry is a plus
