Here at Creative Liquid Coatings we do far more than just liquid coatings. Over the past 30 years the business has expanded to offer advanced plastic injection molding capability with 40 machines ranging in size from 100 ton to 3600 ton at our HQ facilities. In addition to plastics molding we offer world class automated paint finishing capability. Our versatile paint lines can handle parts that are very small and all the way up to 10 feet long. We process an array of performance materials from commodity grades to custom blends and engineered thermoplastic resins.

SUMMARY
This position is accountable for directing, coordinating and providing leadership for all plant functions in order to achieve production goals with-in quality & safety requirements to meet the sales and profitability objectives of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Establish, maintain & improve production metrics for all departments and maintain production tracking systems
· Coordinate planning and schedule activities to ensure customer production orders are covered in advance of requirement due date.
· Liaison with all applicable departments to minimize any disruptions to production plan.
· Monitor daily production performance and work with department leadership to ensure correction actions are taken when necessary to meet production goals.
· Audit process compliance to work standards and enforce quality control programs.
· Assist with problem solving activities to improve areas of deficiency to performance metrics in all plant functions.
· Monitor associates compliance to company policies and work standards.
· Oversee production launch activities for all assigned departments.
· Coach and counsel direct reports on department and personal performance.
· Support continuous improvement activities through coaching of team members, assignment of personnel to support kaizen events or quality circles and as a cross-functional team member.
· Participate in and support cost savings program to ensure corporate objectives are met.
· Support IATF16949 initiatives.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is responsible for the Manufacturing and Maintenance Departments for the Plant.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
*Bachelor’s degree in a business related field or a minimum of five to ten years related experience and/or training in manufacturing operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
