Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Equipment Maintenance Technician role based in Brownsville, TX. The Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supporting production equipment used in plastic injection molding and automated paint finishing operations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting routine inspections, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and completing timely repairs to minimize downtime. The role also involves assisting with equipment installation and setup, following safety and quality standards, documenting maintenance activities, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance, with experience in maintaining production or manufacturing machinery.
- Ability to perform Equipment Installation, setup, and commissioning of molding and finishing equipment.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues.
- Working knowledge of Electricity, including reading basic electrical schematics and safely working with industrial electrical systems.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably in plastics, injection molding, or automated paint lines.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality procedures, and reliable time management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical, trade school, or vocational training in industrial maintenance, electronics, or a related field is beneficial.
