Role Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, results-oriented Administrative Assistant with excellent organizational, computer, and administrative skills. Candidate must be comfortable working independently in a quiet office as well as at home. Position is 15-25 hours a week with a combination of work from home and in office hours. Role has the potential to become full time for the right person. Your working hours can be flexible and will be discussed with Creative Impact Group's President. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is available throughout the traditional work week to gain event experience and earn extra income.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Organizing, drafting, and responding to president's emails via dictation
- Formatting proposals, contracts, invoices. and marketing materials
- Researching talent and vendors for events
- Minute/Note taking at meetings
- Communicating with vendors, suppliers and clients in a professional manner
- Updating and managing social media pages
- Managing office supplies including keeping inventory and re-ordering
- Assisting other employees as needed
- Overall office organization
- Various personal assistant duties as needed (I.e. Returning packages, occasional errands, house management scheduling)
This position reports directly to the President of the company. They will assist the President on the day to day needs – ranging from any of the above items to more. Must be extremely organized and able to juggle multiple changing priorities while working flexible hours throughout the work day.

Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, and Project Management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Creative input and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with sales, branding, marketing strategies, and event planning
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive and adaptable attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in event planning or a creative agency preferred
