Hi! I operate Para Marketing, a small (and growing) marketing business that helps people-centered small businesses show up online, especially on TikTok and Reels. I’m looking for a highly organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to assist with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly.
This role is intentionally very part-time right now and is a great fit if you’re a stay-at-home parent, someone balancing multiple projects, or looking for a flexible side hustle that actually feels worthwhile.
- Up to 5 hours a week with flexible timing
- Fully remote, no set schedule
- Up to $25/hour
- Low-stress, admin-focused work (no sales, no cold outreach)

- Sending and tracking invoices
- Tracking Projects
- Managing contracts
- Keeping my email inbox organized and under control
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Are very organized and genuinely enjoy admin work
- Are a self-starter who doesn’t need constant direction
- Are reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Can handle confidential information professionally (you’ll sign an NDA)
- Are professional but also easy and fun to work with. (I love memes & jokes)
- You have your own computer and phone
- You’re comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
