Key Responsibilities
- Plan and control production "procedures", identify process needs, improvements, and changes. Lead projects designed to implement process changes that are identified or as directed.
- Develop processes to manufacture products through effective utilization of in-house build programs, outside vendor build programs and equipment vendors.
- Responsible for the accurate and adequate storage of engineering records and documents to provide support and verification of process and product changes.
- Design and engineer processes.
- Some knowledge of foam material in production.
- Mechanical ability for machine buildup and repair.
- 2 years experience with Controls
- 2 years troubleshooting
- Knowledge of polypro foam and poly ethelene foam a plus.
- Monday- Friday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, overtime as needed
