Key Responsibilities
Plan and control production "procedures", identify process needs, improvements, and changes. Lead projects designed to implement process changes that are identified or as directed.
Develop processes to manufacture products through effective utilization of in-house build programs, outside vendor build programs and equipment vendors.
Responsible for the accurate and adequate storage of engineering records and documents to provide support and verification of process and product changes.
Design and engineer processes.
Some knowledge of foam material in production.
Mechanical ability for machine buildup and repair.
2 years experience with Controls
2 years troubleshooting
Knowledge of polypro foam and poly ethelene foam a plus.
Work Hours:
Monday- Friday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, overtime as needed
