What You’ll Do
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes using a consolidation system (Onestream or similar)
- Review divisional financial statements and perform detailed balance sheet analysis, with a focus on inventory and reserves
- Collaborate with accounting teams across multiple locations to streamline and improve the close process
- Provide accounting guidance to ensure financial statements are materially accurate and compliant
- Assist in preparing data for external reporting and SEC filings
- Contribute to internal management reporting, ad hoc analysis, and special projects
- Support government census reporting and other regulatory filings
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3 years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm) or corporate accounting within a public manufacturing company
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal control concepts (SOX experience preferred)
- Experience with financial consolidation tools and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
