Key Responsibilities Of Our Human Resources Generalist
- Serve as the primary Human Resources Generalist for talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Provide general HR support to various departments, including employee relations, policy guidance, and compliance
- Actively engage with team members on the production floor and in office settings to foster a positive workplace culture
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Support training initiatives and performance management processes
- 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or in a similar HR role
- Working knowledge of ADP systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments is a plus
