- Full cycle accounts payable- 3way matching, invoice processing, approval, coding, compliance, etc.
- Setting up new vendors and vendor communication
- Assist with month end close- reconciliations, maintaining the GL, etc.
- Cash reporting- tracking outgoing payments, monitoring cash requirements, etc.
- 5 years of full cycle AP experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.
- Excel proficiency: Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience with Netsuite, QuickBooks, Great Plains, or other large ERPs is a plus.
