Responsibilities For Legal Billing Specialist

Reviewing / processing attorney billing in compliance with client guidelines and firm policies.

Ensuring accurate and timely submission of invoices to clients.

Resolving billing-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly and professionally.

Monitoring and updating billing rates and timekeeper information as required.

Generating various billing reports and analyses for internal and client reporting purposes.

Aderant/Elite experience preferred; Experience with BillBlast or E-Billing Hub & experience with e-billing websites (Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, etc.) is a plus

Required Experience for Legal Billing Specialist: Several years billing experience with a Law Firm or Legal Department

Education: BA Accounting or Finance; Certification in Legal billing or accounting is advantageous.
