Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close processes
- Lead consolidation of financial statements across multiple business units and locations
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a small team of accounting professionals
- Support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
- Manage internal and external audit processes
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operational leaders across multiple locations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
- Strong expertise in consolidation accounting and multi-location operations
- Public company experience highly preferred
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency with accounting software systems and advanced Excel skills
