What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise residential dining staff, providing training and daily direction
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen aligned with C.L.E.A.N. Works! standards
- Manage production processes and recordkeeping to support efficient operations
- Collaborate with leadership to meet client expectations and adapt to dining trends
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and campus partners
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of culinary experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- ServSafeManagement Certification (preferred)
- A team-first mindset with strong organizational and leadership skills
Schedule & Pay
- Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Sunday - Thursday
- Seasonal schedule: August–May (30–42 weeks annually) with intermittent summer shifts. College semesters: (August – December; January – May)
- Pay: $17.50–$19.50 per hour
