Retaining wall and Patio installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retaining Wall and Patio Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing durable retaining walls and beautiful patios that enhance outdoor spaces. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation of retaining walls and patios.
• Prepare sites by clearing debris, setting forms, and ensuring proper foundation work using hand tools and power tools.
• Construct retaining walls using geogrid and drainage materials
• Install patios with proper leveling, grading, and surface finishing techniques for a smooth, long-lasting surface.
• Operate heavy equipment safely when necessary for excavation or material transport on construction sites.
• Apply finishing techniques such as caulking, plastering, or sealing to ensure high-quality results.
• Collaborate with team members on site safety protocols, inspection procedures, and project timelines to maintain efficiency and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on hardscape installation including masonry, concrete finishing, or related fields.
• Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to retaining wall and patio projects.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and construction safety practices.
• Familiarity with construction management principles including estimating costs and managing project timelines.
• Experience with plumbing or electrical systems is a plus but not required; relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
