Duties
- Construct retaining walls using concrete blocks, natural stone, or other materials, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal
- Install paver patios, walkways, and driveways with attention to detail for levelness and durability
- Prepare site layouts by reading blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project plans
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to excavate, grade, and prepare surfaces for installation
Skill
- Experience with construction estimating and blueprint reading to interpret project requirements accurately
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation on construction sites
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and ability to work efficiently within a team environment
- Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and the ability to read technical drawings for accurate execution
