As our HVAC Installer - Lead Installer, you'll earn industry-leading pay spiffs and commissions, around $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on your skills and experience. Plus, enjoy a $5,000 sign-on bonus for employees with 1 or more years of trade experience!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR HVAC INSTALLER - LEAD INSTALLER
You will oversee the job site, train an assistant installer, and address customer concerns while ensuring all equipment functions correctly. You'll install furnaces, A/C units, coils, and more, showcasing your teamwork and dedication to a long-term career.
