Web Designer / Animator

A growing marketing team is seeking a highly skilled Web Designer and Animator to support a full website redesign initiative. This role will play a critical part in bringing a modern, elevated digital experience to life through strong visual design, motion, and user-focused interaction. The ideal candidate combines creative storytelling with technical expertise, delivering engaging web experiences that align with brand and business goals. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually compelling website experiences as part of a full redesign project
• Create high quality motion graphics and animations that enhance user engagement and storytelling
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate project roadmaps into interactive web solutions
• Design and build landing pages, web modules, and reusable components within WordPress
• Apply best practices in interaction design and user behavior to optimize the user experience
• Ensure consistency in visual design, animation style, and overall brand expression across the site
• Contribute creative ideas that elevate the overall digital experience and user journey

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a web designer with strong WordPress expertise
• Agency experience 
• Experience with WordPress
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing premium digital motion work and animation
• Strong understanding of interaction design, user experience principles, and user behavior
• Experience designing across multiple digital touchpoints including landing pages and modular components
• Ability to balance creative vision with technical execution
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work within deadlines
