Responsibilities
- Oversee daily website operations and administration through the content management system (CMS).
- Format, upload, and organize HTML content, media, and files to ensure optimal performance and accessibility.
- Develop, schedule, and distribute broadcast email communications while maintaining brand consistency.
- Review, edit, and proof content for clarity, style, and functionality across web and email platforms.
- Collaborate with communications directors, content leaders, IT, and publications teams to execute design and content strategies.
- Manage email distribution lists, audience segmentation, and maintain accuracy within email platforms.
- Utilize design tools (Canva, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop) to create and support visual content and graphics.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in web content management and digital communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (Sitefinity preferred), HTML/CSS, and digital asset management tools.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and email distribution platforms (HubSpot preferred).
