Position Overview
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our product team and lead the design of intuitive, high-quality user interfaces across web and CRM platforms. The role focuses on creating user-centered experiences that solve business problems, improve customer workflows in our CRM, and support a consistent design language across products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant, usable designs.
 

This role is remote and is expecting to be around 120 hours of work. 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive UX flows and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design and maintain user interfaces for web applications and CRM workflows, ensuring consistency with the design system and brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions based on feedback and analytics.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications to communicate interaction patterns and visual details to stakeholders and development teams.
• Work with CRM data models and user journeys to design efficient, user-friendly CRM interfaces and screens that support sales, support, and customer success workflows.
• Develop and steward a reusable component library and design system to improve consistency and speed of delivery across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs are implemented accurately and perform well across devices; provide assets and QA support during implementation.
• Measure and report on design impact using qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics, and iterate to improve adoption and performance.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and best practices in UX/UI across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing UI Design work for web and application interfaces.
• Demonstrated experience designing for CRM platforms or enterprise workflows (e.g., configuring screens, optimizing user journeys, understanding CRM constraints and integrations).
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (for example Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent) and handoff tools for engineering.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, responsive design principles, and accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and applying insights to product decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Nice to have: familiarity with Slate (or related Slate-based tools/workflows) and experience contributing to or maintaining component libraries or design systems.
