Our agency client is seeking a Sr. Video Producer to join their team to cover a mat leave. (Nov- March 2026)
The Sr. Video Producer will be responsible for managing and overseeing video projects from start to finish. They will work with multiple teams to ensure all details are provided and all video projects stay on track. Primarily, this person will work with the agency's internal video production team, but may need to work with outside production vendors to execute various production shoots.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, strong communicator, and experienced producing across multiple media formats - broadcast, digital, social, experiential, and emerging platforms.

Senior Video Producer Key Responsibilities
- Lead production on assigned campaigns, managing all phases from initial creative development through final delivery.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to bring ideas to lifehelpingshape executional approaches, feasibility, and production strategy.
- Budget Management: Develop, negotiate, and manage production budgets and schedules; ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Vendor Management: Source, bid, and manage relationships with directors, photographers, editors, post-production houses, music companies, and other vendors.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with account, strategy, and media teams to align production with campaign goals and client expectations.
- Quality Control: Ensure creative excellence and technical accuracy across all deliverables.
- Experience: 7-10 years of production experience within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency.
- Experience Producing Video/Live Action Shoots
- Strong Post Production Experience; Strong understanding of production processes (pre-production, shoot, post-production, animation, etc.).
- Proven track record producing across video, digital, social, experiential, and/or integrated campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
