Our consulting agency client is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative strategy and execution for design projects, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned deliverables. This role also manages and mentors a design team while coordinating project timelines and resources.
This role is a hybrid position in their office in Greenville, SC.
Senior Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee visual design for branding, print, digital, and multimedia projects
- Ensure all designs meet brand standards and project requirements
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing feedback and professional development
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet client milestones
- Collaborate with consulting teams and act as liaison for internal project management
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards for all design work
Senior Graphic Designer Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience, including digital design
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Proven experience managing and developing designers
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; web and animation skills a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
