Social Media Influencer Campaign Manager - Healthcare (Part-Time)
Our client, a leading healthcare system in New England, is seeking a part-time Social Media Influencer Campaign Manager - Healthcare to support a series of high-touch micro influencer campaigns. This role will partner closely with the internal marketing team to design, project manage, and execute 2 to 3 targeted influencer initiatives tied to local community engagement and brand awareness. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, hands-on execution skills, and prior experience running influencer campaigns within the healthcare space.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to strategize and develop 2 to 3 micro influencer campaigns aligned to brand and business goals
- Own end to end project management for campaigns, including research, planning, timelines, and execution
- Identify, vet, and engage local New Hampshire and Vermont based mommy blogger or family focused influencers
- Plan and coordinate in person and or virtual influencer events, potentially featuring pediatricians, dietitians, or other healthcare experts
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop clear deliverable briefs and campaign guidelines for influencers
- Ensure campaigns align with healthcare standards, brand voice, and engagement goals
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience planning and executing social media campaigns
- Demonstrated experience managing influencer or creator campaigns, ideally within healthcare or regulated industries
- Proven ability to build campaign strategy from the ground up and translate goals into actionable plans
- Strong project management skills with comfort overseeing multiple workstreams
- Experience coordinating events, virtual or in person, as part of integrated campaigns
- Deep understanding of content strategy and what drives engagement for specific audiences
