A boutique agency client is seeking a Sr. Event Producer/Manager to work with their team. This role kicks off immediately and will require full 40 hour workweeks for 3 to 4 weeks. You must be local to San Francisco or New York. Must be OK with travel to and from 2 events, one located in San Francisco and the other located in New York. The events will take place the week of November 17th.
Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of a high-profile executive dinner for a leading global tech company. This intimate event, 50 to 100 guests, will bring together senior leaders, partners, and VIPs in a premium setting that reflects the brand's innovation and excellence.
Must Have
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.

Must Have
- Significant experience in event planning, preferably with corporate or tech clients
- Proven success managing high-touch, executive-level events
- Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing needs
- Must be willing to travel to San Francisco and New York, depending on where your home base is located
- Must have own computer and workstation
- Background in hospitality or luxury service environments
- Experience working with Tech clients
- Oversee all aspects of event planning, production, and execution from concept to post-event wrap-up
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors, including venues, catering, decor and more
- Lead contract discussions with vendors and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and compliance
- Collaborate with culinary teams to curate a memorable dining experience aligned with guest preferences and dietary needs
- Track expenses, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, executives, and external partners
