Position Overview:
The Event Production Manager is the primary point of contact between us and the client. The production manager will guarantee that the client’s ultimate vision is executed and that the client is fully supported from the moment they come on board with us until the last presentation is given and beyond. The Event Production Manager takes the lead in managing all of the logistical needs of the event and is responsible for the delivery of highly responsive five-star service and excellent communication.
Key Tasks:
Partnership with the venue and manage all event logistics at the venue level
Communicate and work with other departments, venue managers, and event planners
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Preparing estimates and proposals based on client needs.
Schedule and facilitate weekly event production meetings with appropriate staff (pre, post, on-event)
Attend venue site visits with clients to develop floor plans, and equipment lists.
Develop event timelines and communicate any and all pre-production deadlines.
Develop the client’s run-of-show for physical and hybrid events.
Managing A/V Crew Staffing and Scheduling
Manage event Load in, Setup and Breakdown
Managing A/V teams on site and oversee all production needs
Track expenses and manage approved budgets for all events
Skills:
Comfort using web based collaboration tools including, but not limited to Slack, Google Suite, CRM Platforms, Quoting Software
Comfort building proposals and estimates
Familiarity with event platforms/video/web conferencing
Familiarity with live streaming workflows
Knowledge of Audio Visual and production equipment
Windows, and MAC proficient.
Strong initiative with the ability to monitor multiple projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience building a production team and required positions.

Administrative and General Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
5 years of audio-visual experience
3 years of Production Management Experience
3 years of operations supervisory/management experience
3 years of customer service or hospitality experience
Experience with hotel/corporate operations
Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in a live show environment
Live events and broadcast experience required
Experience working with event planners, event agencies, producers, and technical directors.
