Social Media Content SpecialistLocation: Scottsdale, AZEmployment Type: Full-Time, Direct HireSchedule: Onsite Overview:Our client is seeking a Social Media Content Specialist to join their growing team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is responsible for developing engaging social media content, managing brand presence across platforms, and driving audience engagement through thoughtful strategy and execution. Responsibilities:

• Create and execute social media content that aligns with brand strategy and drives growth and engagement.
• Manage day-to-day social media activity, including content scheduling, responding to comments and direct messages, monitoring reviews, and supporting reputation management.
• Edit social media videos and collaborate with cross-functional teams on content initiatives.
• Develop and maintain content calendars and coordinate collaborations across platforms.
• Monitor social trends, platform best practices, and emerging opportunities to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Work occasional off-hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Position Qualifications:

• Education
  • Preferred: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience
  • Minimum Experience:
    • 3 years of social media and community management experience.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • 3 years of related experience.
    • Bilingual ability to speak and write in Spanish.
    • Direct Selling experience.

• Knowledge of digital analytics and ability to translate data into insights.
• Ability to craft compelling stories using data.
• Proactive, resourceful, reliable, and flexible, with consistent on-time delivery.
• Availability for domestic and international travel to support company events and content creation as needed.
• Competency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Calendly.
