Overview
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to manage and grow social media accounts for a portfolio of clients across multiple industries. This hands-on role combines strategy, content creation, community management, client communication, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience managing business social media accounts and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

This is a full-time role and 5 days onsite in Las Vegas

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Manage multiple client accounts and content calendars
• Create engaging content and copy tailored to each brand and audience
• Monitor trends, engage with online communities, and identify growth opportunities
• Analyze performance, provide insights, and optimize strategies based on data
• Communicate with clients, present recommendations, and participate in meetings
• Collaborate with creative, paid media, and account teams to support integrated campaigns
• Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience managing social media for businesses
• Agency experience or managing multiple brands preferred
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and social media analytics
• Excellent writing, communication, and client management skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with social media management tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, paid social, or influencer marketing is a plus

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
