Senior Illustrator

Our well-known client in the streaming space is looking for a top-notch Illustrator to join their team.

This is a full-time ongoing contract role. You MUST be local to Santa Monica, San Jose, or New York City or and able to attend ONSITE meetings from time to time.

This client is looking for someone who is strong with VECTOR illustrations and who has the samples to show in a variety of styles\

Ideally, you will have a cool, versatile style that lends itself to commercial and brand illustrations. There will be a lot of vector work with textures and shading! You must have a sense of pop culture and what is trending in society and on social media. Ideally, you will have experience with art directing and owning creative direction. You must be flexible with style and able to adapt to our clients style.

Responsibilities:
-Help illustrate seasonal scenes within brand guidelines
-Use color pallets and gradients to help build out a library of items to be used across the design team
-Manipulate illustrations as needed
-Help design scenes as needed
-Support the team with any extra needed illustrations

Qualifications:
-A portfolio showcasing vector illustration, typography, and a refined design sensibility 
-Raster experience is a major plus
-Samples related to buildings, cities, structural drawings a plus
-Experience with ad sales/marketing is a plus
-Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
-Must be comfortable taking feedback/ direction and working with a team

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
