Senior Creative Lead

Our Milwaukee based agency is looking for a hands on Senior Creative Lead to join their team in a fulltime capacity, this position will require 4 days a week on site with Wednesday as a flex day.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize homegrown analytics and AI tools to translate data into digital campaigns.

The Senior Creative Lead will be responsible for:
- Oversee end to end creative production for all campaigns which will include high volume ads, UGC and short form video ads, repurposing long form or raw content, collaborate with editors and copywriters, etc.
- Lead and mentor a team of 5
- Develop and own creative testing and reporting

The Senior Creative Lead must have:
- 5 years of experience leading a creative team 
- Have the ability to utilize data and analytics to shape creative
- Omnichannel experience with an emphasis on digital

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
