Our agency client has an immediate need for a Senior Account Executive! This REMOTE position starts in a contract capacity as soon as the right candidate is identified, and will continue (40 hours per week) with the intention of converting to a full-time role with salary and benefits. The ideal candidate is comfortable working CST hours.
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for daily contact between the agency and one or more client accounts. This mission-critical position interfaces with various agency departments to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while upholding budgets and schedules.
Senior Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily contact with client at appropriate levels, respond in a timely fashion and hold weekly client status meetings
- Develop strong working relationship and function as a trusted advisor and point of contact for the client
- Find opportunities to add client value by bringing ideas and proactive solutions to the client's goals
- Act as liaison between client and creative team and provide information and feedback regarding needs and expectations - Proactively communicate budget modifications and risks to client and ensure client sign off/approvals are obtained on all appropriate phases of a project
- Ensure the proper allocation of internal resources to all projects
- Provide team with all information, action items and timing in an organized fashion according to standard operating procedures to facilitate the delivery of high impact work
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while within budget and schedule
- Develop/lead presentations, conference reports and competitive analysis to Leadership
- Manage up to the Account Supervisor by providing all relevant updates, flagging issues and bringing proactive solutions
- Anticipate and solve problems in a calm and methodical manner
Senior Account Executive Requirements:
- 5 years of agency account management experience
- CPG and/or retail experience
- Exemplary organization skills with highly developed attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills for a high volume of work
- Proficient Mac skills including the ability to utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- A basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (but not a must)
