We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the needs of stakeholders.

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the needs of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and progress
- Utilize Workfront to track project milestones and deliverables
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
- Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to promote collaboration and problem-solving
- Oversee vendor management and client relations to ensure project success
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Workfront and project management software
- Strong understanding of budget management and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and time management techniques
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
- Experience in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP or other relevant certification is a plus
