Position Overview
Our client is looking for a candidate that has experience in Project Management in an agency/creative environment for at least 3 years. This is a 40 hour/week freelance role with an initial duration of 1 year. It's expected that this person will be onsite 4 days/week (Monday-Thursday) and equipment will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Project & Process Management
- Own and manage project timelines across teams
- Lead kickoffs, status meetings, and presentations
- Drive process improvements using Agile principles
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for project success
- Manage high-volume, fast-turn projects across print, digital, experiential, and content
- Oversee production phases after creative approval
- Think strategically about consumer experience and communication
- Ensure project specs and assets are accurate and complete
- Tools & Systems
- Use Content Hub and/or VR Financial for job setup
- Scope projects and issue POs with account leads
- Handle production requests and vendor coordination in WorkFront
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years in agency project management
- Proven impact in client service environments
- Proficient in Workfront, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
