Our global Tech client is seeking a FULLY REMOTE Product Operation Specialist to join their team for the next 6 months, 40 hours/week (potential to extend).
Role Summary
The Product Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the client's Product & Regulatory Operations organization, which ensures user and business safety across platforms. This position focuses on driving growth, engagement, and product quality through operational excellence, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong product sense, exceptional analytical skills, and experience managing complex, multi-platform initiatives.
Top Must-Have Skills
8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management, with a focus on product operations.
Strong critical thinking and data-driven problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and partners for operational excellence.
Experience With Data Visualization And Reporting Tools (preferred).
Background in Product Operations (preferred).
Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
Support program execution strategy for multiple product areas, including initiating new efforts, accelerating execution, and improving quality/outcomes through programmatic solutions.
Collect and analyze product and user data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and support decision-making.
Manage programs proactively by identifying risks, predicting roadblocks, and strengthening cross-functional relationships.
Develop and execute mitigation plans for program risks and communicate updates clearly.
Drive collaboration across teams, resolve conflicts, and set clear priorities to achieve operational goals.
Partner with external vendors to deliver excellence in incident response and reliability programs.
