- Validate that deployed product features function as intended using analytics and monitoring tools
- Track and analyze feature-level metrics including error rates, latency, conversion funnels, and behavioral data
- Drive iterative improvements, optimizations, and corrective actions based on production insights
- Lead root cause analysis, incident response reviews, and post-mortems when production issues arise
Deep Data Analysis & Insights
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into live product performance and user behavior using analytics tools and advanced SQL
- Establish instrumentation standards and ensure full feature-level observability across production systems
- Identify bugs, regressions, and unexpected behavior through analytics and monitoring validation
- Design and maintain automated anomaly detection systems to surface deviations from expected production behavior
Production Release & Launch Monitoring
- Partner on post-launch success metrics and monitoring plans
- Observe and evaluate release performance in real time once features are deployed
- Conduct post-release reviews and apply learnings to improve product stability and customer experience
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience supporting contact center technology, including telephony systems, dialers, IVR flows, or CCaaS platforms

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills - must be able to bring solutions to the table
- Proficiency with analytics tools and advanced SQL to assess production product performance
- Experience defining and tracking product success metrics for live products, including reliability, usage, and conversion KPIs
- Familiarity with APM tools, observability best practices, and monitoring frameworks
- Working knowledge of data infrastructure, pipelines, and instrumentation standards
- Ability to diagnose production issues, validate feature functionality, and identify anomalies using real-world data
