Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Paid Social Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will focus on developing and executing paid social media campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive conversions. This is a fully remote role, working 20 hours/week. Must be comfortable working PST/MST timezone.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid social media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze campaign performance data and optimize strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and effective ad copy and visuals.
- Conduct audience research to identify target demographics and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in paid social strategies.
- Work closely with the SEO and PPC teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Proven experience in paid media and digital advertising, specifically on social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
- Experience in content creation and copywriting for digital platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO and PPC strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
