Our client, a leading international science-based non-profit, is looking for a Paid Media Manager to oversee the paid media strategy and manage custom content projects. This is a 40-hour/week, 6 month engagement, that is hybrid in Washington, DC.
Paid Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and lead marketing strategy
- Develop proposals, budgets, and KPIs for custom content projects
- Coordinate creative asset development and ensure timely, on-budget delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to execute campaigns
- Lead paid media strategy across search, social, display, and programmatic channels
- Optimize campaigns through analytics, testing, and performance insights
- Manage and grow paid media budgets, ensuring maximum ROI
- Identify new paid media opportunities and stay current on industry trends
Paid Media Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, project management, or digital advertising
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Proficiency with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and client relationships
- Creative mindset with a passion for testing and optimization
