Packaging & Print Designer

Freelance role - 24 hours/week

Key Responsibilities
"     Manage production for labels, boxes, inserts, displays, and printed collateral.
"     Produce printready files (InDesign Illustrator), including packaging dielines, posters, brochures, and promo cards.
"     Support naming processes and crossfunctional reviews with Marketing, Product, and Legal.
"     Ensure packaging meets regulatory, compliance, and trademark requirements.
"     Conduct QC on prototypes and final materials; maintain documentation and version control.

Required Experience
"     3 years in print production, packaging, or related consumer product roles.
"     Strong knowledge of print methods, substrates, coatings, and packaging engineering.
"     Expertise with dielines, carton construction, label materials, and structural packaging.
"     High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Preferred
"     Experience in beauty, health, or regulated consumer categories.
"     Familiarity with sustainability and ecofriendly packaging.
"     Knowledge of barcoding, UPCs, batch coding, and printing tolerances.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
