Marketing Specialist

Our Healthcare client is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join their team for the next 11 months, 40 hours/week. This role is fully onsite 5 days a week in Abbott Park, IL.  
 

Role Summary
The Marketing Communication Specialist supports marketing documentation and communication initiatives by coordinating translation projects and managing external documentation resources. This onsite role works closely with internal team members and external suppliers in a highly collaborative environment. The position may involve access to confidential, proprietary, or medical information, and drug products may be present in the workplace.

Experience coordinating translation projects and working with translation suppliers
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a regulated environment
Attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation

Additional Qualifications

Experience working with external documentation suppliers or technical writers
Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
Ability to work effectively in an onsite, team based environment
Experience handling confidential or sensitive information
Background in marketing communications or related field

Responsibilities

Assist with translation projects and work directly with translation suppliers
Help manage projects with external documentation suppliers and technical writers
Provide backup support for PLM system activities in partnership with the internal Marketing Communications Specialist
Collaborate closely with cross functional team members onsite to support marketing communication needs

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
